Physical Therapist – Join Our Team!

Shift: Full Time, PRN and Part Time Weekend

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ medical histories and current physical conditions

• Diagnose movement patterns by observing patients and listening to their concerns

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs

• Establish clear goals and expected outcomes for each treatment plan

• Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent future injuries

• Educate patients and families on the recovery process and self‑care techniques

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Education & Licensure

• Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
