What You’ll Do Develop and implement strategic SEO initiatives to improve search visibility and increase organic traffic. Conduct keyword research and use insights to drive high-value content creation. Optimize website content—including product pages, blog posts, and landing pages for both search performance and user experience. Lead technical and content-driven SEO efforts such as link-building, metadata optimization, and improving internal site structure. Oversee performance and content updates on our WordPress-based website, ensuring technical accuracy and visual coherence. Design and update web pages using tools like Elementor. Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities. Keep up to date with algorithm updates across platforms such as Google and Baidu and adjust strategies accordingly. Produce monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams to support business goals through digital campaigns. Contribute ideas and execute content marketing strategies aligned with our branding objectives. Provide support for other digital initiatives to ensure a cohesive online presence. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Communications, or related fields. 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing roles, ideally in a B2B or technology-focused environment. Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Hands-on experience with WordPress and page builders such as Elementor and/or Oxygen. Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for site optimization. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset. Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred due to communication with Mandarin-speaking clients. Bonus Points Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or related platforms. Previous experience in digital marketing within high-tech, optical, or photonics industries.
