Medical Writer - Medical Information

Medical writer position focused on producing high-quality scientific and medical documentation for internal and external clients. Role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop medical information documents, publications, and clinical study materials while maintaining compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver medical and scientific writing from initial planning through final draft completion
• Create routine medical information documents, publications, and clinical study materials as primary writer
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to ensure effective communication and operational excellence
• Ensure all deliverables comply with applicable SOPs, quality processes, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with program management activities including timeline development and budget tracking for assigned projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in medical or scientific writing
• Pharmaceutical or CRO industry experience preferred
• Strong data interpretation and complex information presentation skills
• Proficiency with document management systems, Excel, Outlook, and client templates
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail with solid editorial and proofreading capabilities

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base
