General Utility Associate Requirements/Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience required
  
• Plastics manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  
• High school diploma or GED preferred
  
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity
  
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the shift
  
• Reliable attendance and stable work history required
  

About the General Utility Associate Role
As a General Utility Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting production operations to ensure materials are available and production goals are met
  
• Operating mixers and production equipment as assigned
  
• Building pallets and preparing finished goods for shipment
  
• Loading, unloading, and staging products in designated locations
  
• Monitoring inventory counts and completing production paperwork
  
• Assisting with quality inspections and identifying product concerns
  
• Tracking downtime and reporting production issues when necessary
  
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area using established housekeeping procedures
