General Manager Job DescriptionEmployer: You are employed by Smoothie Sailing LLC. We are an independent franchisee of Smoothie King Franchises, Inc. Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour (Base Wage + Average Tips) + Performance-Based Bonus (Full-Time, Overtime Eligible)We're looking for a strong, hands-on leader to run our Clarksville Smoothie King location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, improving operations, and taking ownership of store performance. This is a full-time leadership position with hourly pay and overtime eligibility. In addition to base pay, this role includes a performance-based bonus program tied directly to store profitability, labor control, food cost management, and operational results. The Store Manager is expected to work a mix of opening, mid, and closing shifts to support the team.
