Quality Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. This is a non-exempt position where hours over 40 will be compensated at time and a half. The role involves performing visual, dimensional, and functional inspections and testing in accordance with documented policies and procedures. You will be responsible for recording inspection and test data as outlined by written instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections and testing.
• Record inspection and test data accurately as per documented instructions and procedures.
• Utilize optical measurement equipment, hand tools, gages, and pressure and force gage testing.
• Apply inspection sampling techniques effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute individually in a dynamic environment.

Education Qualification:

• High School Diploma
• 0-2 years of related work experience preferred

Required Skills:

• Experience in quality inspection, preferably in medical device components.
• Proficiency with optical measurement equipment and various testing tools.
• Training in inspection sampling techniques.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Ms Word and Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.

Additional Information:

This position is fully on-site with a 9/80 schedule, working from 5:00 am to 2:30 pm, with every other Friday off.

Payrange: $15/hr - $20/hr
