Security Supervisor - Day Shift

Position Summary GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Supervisor — Day Shift. Requirements Must be 21 years of age Must have an active driver's license Must have six months of security supervisor experience Must hold a state security license and complete 32 hr. BSIS security trainings (additional trainings may be obtained during the hiring process) Be authorized to work in the U.S. Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED First‑aid certification is an asset Ability to stand and walk for entire shift Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is preferred Benefits Site location: Milpitas, CA Full‑time, 40 hours per week; schedule: Friday–Tuesday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Competitive hourly wage of $21.50 per hour (DailyPay available) Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer matching, disability and life insurance Career growth opportunities Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities Supervise the security team on the assigned shift Train new officers Help manage schedules, ensuring zero dark posts during the shift Act as liaison between staff and management to ensure client security requirements are met Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity Verify identities and control access to secure areas React quickly to threats or incidents Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras Document incidents and actions taken Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications State security license and 32 hr.
