What You'll Do

• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Educate customers on auto, home, life, renters, and commercial insurance products.
• Cross-sell and identify additional coverage opportunities.
• Generate quotes, close new business, and consistently exceed sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with prospects consistently.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of insurance sales experience (required)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Active Texas Property & Casualty License preferred (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to close business
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls, networking, and generating your own opportunities
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to grow
