Job Description:

Your Role:


- Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients with established standards
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
- Utilize critical thinking and professional discretion in your daily responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


- Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnoses and care issues
- Develop and implement care plans with clear outcomes
- Promote a safe and healing environment for patients and families
- Actively participate in discharge planning for continuity of care
- Provide educational opportunities and resources for patients and team members
- Delegate tasks appropriately and coordinate care effectively

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Two years of recent nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Required licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Must have EPIC experience
