Shift Leader

Brand: Einstein Bros. Bagels Shift Leader We are looking for a Shift Leader to support our operations, deliver excellent guest service, and lead the team on the floor. Responsibilities Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set morale and tone, provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision, maintain quality of food and beverages, and keep a safe and clean store environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 am depending on the restaurant) and weekends Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver's license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy Physical Requirements The physical demands for this position are sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours.
