Associate Director, Creator & AI Studio Network

The Hershey Company is building the Pip & Plume in-house Creator + AI Studio in New York City. You will lead the internal creator team, setting the creative standard for social-first work across 42 brands, and recruit and develop top talent to sustain a high-volume output. You’ll guide ideas through execution, balance organic and paid creative, and leverage data to improve performance.
