What We Offer: $80,000–$107,000 potential annual salary for full‑time salaried positions, based on qualifications, experience, and position requirements Flexible compensation and employment opportunities as you establish and grow your caseload Remote and/or hybrid work opportunities Paid time off (PTO) accruing from day one for all employees Benefits package for eligible full‑time employees working 30+ hours per week 401(k) with employer matching Flexible scheduling options Continuing education opportunities and professional development Educational partnerships with three universities Opportunities for career growth and advancement Employee referral program A collaborative, supportive team environment focused on children and families What You’ll Do Conducting initial assessments, reassessments, and ongoing clinical evaluations Developing individualized treatment plans based on each child’s strengths, needs, and goals Providing clinical oversight and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Training and supporting caregivers in implementing ABA strategies Monitoring client progress and making data‑driven clinical decisions Collaborating with families, RBTs, and other members of the clinical team Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation and meeting applicable requirements Completing in‑person assessments, supervision, and family collaboration as clinically needed Helping build and expand Kids Club ABA’s services throughout Utah What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field that meets BCBA certification requirements Active BCBA certification required. Current Utah LBA license or eligibility to obtain Utah licensure. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA working with children with autism Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessments, treatment planning, and data analysis Experience supervising and supporting RBTs Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a collaborative clinical team A genuine passion for supporting children with autism and their families Willingness to travel to clients’ homes for required in‑person clinical responsibilities Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Current Utah Behavior Analyst license or eligibility to obtain Utah licensure Position Details Locations: Provo, Salt Lake City, Ogden, and surrounding Utah communities Service Model: In‑home ABA services Work Arrangements: Remote and/or hybrid, with required in‑person clinical responsibilities based on client and program needs Employment Type: Full‑time and part‑time opportunities Potential Annual Salary: $80,000–$107,000 for full‑time salaried positions, based on qualifications, experience, and position requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience Education: Master’s degree required Certification: Active BCBA certification required.
