Are you passionate about helping people and creating exceptional customer experiences ? iClassPro is looking for an enthusiastic and solutions-driven Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing t imely assistance , resolving inquiries , and ensuring a positive experience as a key part in shaping how customers feel about our brand. If you’re a strong communicator who loves turning challenges into positive outcomes , we’d love to hear from you.

What You Will Do

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly and timely manner
• Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through product features and solutions
• Resolving concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with internal teams to tackle more complex support cases
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records

What You Bring

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in technical situations
• Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
• Great a ttention to detail and solid organizational skills
• Experience using CRM or help desk platforms (a plus)
• Flexibility to work some Saturdays within a scheduled rotation
