Join Our Team as a Director of ABA Services
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as our Director of ABA Services in Holly Springs, North Carolina. This leadership position provides an exciting opportunity to oversee behavioral programming, supervise clinical services, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
Position Overview
The Director of ABA Services is responsible for providing consultation, training, conducting behavioral evaluations, developing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapeutic services, and creating behavior intervention plans. This role serves as a program supervisor who educates, assesses, observes, and oversees behavioral service delivery while ensuring clinical excellence and compliance with professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Supervise ABA programs and behavioral service delivery.
- Provide clinical consultation and therapeutic ABA services.
- Train, mentor, and support staff, caregivers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, state, and federal guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Teaching, or a related field.
- Experience providing behavior analytic programs and services preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
- Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice.
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Additional Requirements
- Current CPR certification, if applicable.
- TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable.
- Current health certificate as required by state regulations or contract requirements.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 annually
- Guaranteed First-Year Bonus: $12,000
- Total First-Year Compensation: $107,000 - $122,000
