We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-friendly Bookkeeper to join our growing dealership team. The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Bank, Credit Card, and Vendor Reconciliations
- Weekly Payroll Processing through ADP
- Monthly Sales Tax Returns
- Greeting & Assisting Customers
- Inputting Sales Invoices into QuickBooks
- Filing & Office Organization
- Managing Licenses & Permits
- Processing RDS Fundings
- Managing Rent-to-Own Accounts
- Managing Floor Plan Accounts
- Assisting Owner with Month-End Financials
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Bookkeeping and payroll experience required
- Strong attention xhqgsiq to detail and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional customer service attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
