Assess, deliver, and document pastoral care, including prayer, blessings, and spiritual support. Guide ethical decision-making and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Support and implement spiritual care programs and ministry initiatives. Education What minimum requirements you’ll need Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Human Behavior or a related field preferred. 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE required. 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE preferred. Work Experience 2 years of healthcare experience is preferred.
