Job Title: Full-Time Licensed Dental Assitant (LDA) (4-Day Workweek! Mon–Thu, 32 Hrs)

Schedule & Highlights:

• Days: Monday through Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | ~32 hours/week)
• 3-Day Weekends: Enjoy every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!
• Workplace Culture: Small, organized office with 1 doctor and a team that genuinely supports each other.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chairside assisting during examination and treatment procedures.
• Preparing and sterilizing instruments, equipment, and operatories.
• Taking digital X-rays and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Greeting patients warmly and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for.
• Making temporary crowns/bridges
• Child prophylaxis
• Nitrous Administration (certification necessary)

Qualifications:

• Dental Assistant experience/completion of an accredited Minnesota DA program.
• Active X-ray certification (or state-required licenses).
• Great team-player attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
