Operations Support Associate - Inventory Control Full Time Individual Contrib ORS Naperville, Naperville, IL, US 13 days ago Requisition ID: 1106 Location: Naperville, IL Schedule: Monday–Friday with overtime required according to business needs Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM Must have prior experience operating warehouse equipment Job Summary We are hiring a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with a focus on inventory control and accuracy. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity, supporting stock accuracy, and ensuring proper tracking of materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances Replenish stock and maintain proper bin locations and organization Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and documentation compliance Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with reporting and adjustments Support picking and packing as needed while prioritizing inventory accuracy Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices Report and upload overage, shortages, and damages to web portal Process and report Return Merchandise Authorizations Qualifications Previous warehouse equipment experience required Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse auditing preferred Familiarity with RF scanners or WMS systems strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Strong mathematical background/skill set Ability to analyze discrepancies and maintain accurate records Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and ability to work independently Pay and Benefits $22/hour Weekly pay 401(k) with company support Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Stable, full‑time hours Why Work With Us Monday–Friday schedule with weekends as needed Opportunities for career growth and advancement Clean, safe, and team‑oriented work environment Company that values employees and promotes from within Apply Today Join a company that values accuracy, accountability, and teamwork.
