Clinical Educator/Supervisor, RN - Neonatal Intensive Care

Overview Assists the unit manager in supervision, coordination, education, and management of nursing personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of patient care services on an assigned shift. Understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of patient care services. Qualifications Registered Nurse license required. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. At least 2 years of nursing-related experience required. At least 1 year of teaching and facilitation of learning experience required.
