Job Summary: The Team Member (TM) role supports operational, front‑end, freight, and merchandising processes, ensuring procedures adhere to company standards that drive sales. Key Roles & Responsibilities Maintain a positive attitude and timely execution of company directives, policies, and procedures. Contribute to a customer‑focused environment while providing excellent customer service. Perform cashier and front‑end duties ensuring accurate and efficient transactions. Unload, process, and stock freight in correct locations while following merchandising guidelines. Execute store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building. Complete daily/weekly workloads and tasks efficiently and on‑time. Actively impact customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention to operate effectively and profitably. Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements. Qualifications & Competencies Minimum 18 years old. High School Diploma or equivalent. Clear and concise verbal communication skills. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. or lifting a team of 100 lbs. Reliable, trustworthy, and ethical behavior. Flexible and creative with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business.
