Description: Scrub experience strongly preferred. Scrub OR RNs will receive first consideration for offer. Traveler must be willing to perform OR RN duties within scope of practice in Interventional Radiology Unit. Requests for scheduling accommodations will not be considered. Local travelers will not be considered for this need. To avoid delays in processing, please provide permanent address during profile upload. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at the time of profile upload. Requests for time off after upload will not be approved. No more than 5 days of time off will be accepted. Travelers may not take all holidays off and must work two blocks if scheduled: Thanksgiving Day and weekend after, Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after, New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and weekend after. Traveler must be willing to work OR cases in the Interventional Radiology space. Scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission, as the facility will not approve scheduling requests after the time of offer. All scheduling requests must be included in the profile. Cover page and work history should be uploaded with the profile. Current licenses, certifications, and permanent address must be included in the profile. Call is required during weekdays from 3:30 PM to 7 PM, usually 1-3 times per 5-6 days. On weekends, call is usually from Friday at 3:30 PM to Monday morning at 7 AM, typically about once every 5-6 weeks.
