Cook Children’s Health Care System in Fort Worth is seeking an HIM Documentation Integrity Analyst I to evaluate discharge records for inclusion, accuracy, and completeness per Joint Commission, state and federal regulations. You will assign chart deficiencies and coordinate with HIM Records Management, Transcription and Quality Compliance staff. The position requires strong knowledge of medical terminology, data integrity, and HIM office software, with a focus on detail, confidentiality, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Cook Children's Health Care System
