From the moment the phone rings to the last email of the day, you’ll set the tone for great service. As our Front Desk & Client Support Coordinator, you’ll handle inbound calls with a polished phone presence, greet and assist visitors, and keep daily administrative tasks running smoothly. Your calm, upbeat personality and strong computer skills will help customers feel supported and the team stay organized.

What a typical day might look like
  • Answer and direct phone calls with a friendly, professional voice
  • Deliver prompt, helpful customer service via phone and in person
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties (scheduling, data entry, documentation)
  • Support front-office operations and collaborate with teammates as needs shift
What you’ll bring
  • Excellent phone etiquette and a confident, clear speaking voice
  • Strong computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems
  • Positive, professional demeanor and an upbeat, service-first approach

We are hiring across several roles, and your background may also align with opportunities such as receptionist, clerical support, medical screener, or medical assistant.

Compensation & schedule
  • Pay: $15.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Work Location: In person
