Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Home Health located in Red Bluff, California. This position involves providing therapy services for patients with orthopedic, joint replacements, and multiple co-morbidities such as CHF and COPD within a home health setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8 hr days, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience.
• Additional Information: Staff are provided a tablet for Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation, and the service area covers most of Tehama County, with a daily mileage of approximately 40 miles, which is expected to decrease with additional therapy staff and redistributed patient load.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Shift: Days shift, Monday through Friday.
