Unit Manager/ Wound Care Nurse

Unit Manager/Wound Care Nurse Pay: $35–$37.50 per hour (full time). Location: Charlestown Place, New Albany, OH. Responsibilities Lead daily clinical operations for the nursing unit, supporting staff and ensuring quality care Supervise and coach nursing team members while providing hands‑on support as needed Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and medication administration Manage the wound care program, including assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing monitoring Educate staff on wound prevention, skin integrity, and best practices Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date clinical documentation Requirements Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Minimum of 5 years of experience as a long‑term care nurse Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off
