ROLE DESCRIPTION:
CJ Duran State Farm Agency in Princeton and Carlos Duran State Farm Agency in East Windsor, are seeking 2 highly motivated and accomplished Life Insurance Specialists, to join 2 large and tenured agencies to provide life insurance and or annuities, to auto, home and business households. The ideal candidates have proven track records of exceptional sales performance and a passion for helping clients achieve financial security through comprehensive life insurance strategies. Serve as trusted advisors, developing deep, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. These roles are for resilient, entrepreneurial-minded individuals who are driven by both personal success and a genuine desire to make a difference in clients' lives. 

These positions have a $40,000 base salary plus commissions, bonuses and fully funded 401K benefits.
Goals and expectations are to use the base salary to double and or triple the annual base salary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consult on life insurance products to customers.
• Assist customers with life insurance applications and claims.
• Provide customers with information on life insurance plans and options.
• Maintain compliance with life insurance regulations.
• Meet life insurance production goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of life insurance products and services.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in life insurance sales preferred.
