Job Summary JOB SUMMARY: An ATS Service Sales Engineer develops long-term business to business relationships with ATS Waypoint customers. Work with our customers to define the scope and pricing for multi-year service support agreements, system upgrades, tenant improvement projects, and training. Our customer base includes, but is not limited to data centers, hospital and healthcare facilities, government buildings, school districts, and higher education buildings. Duties and Responsibilities DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sell multi-year customer Service Support Programs - ability to discuss the benefits of ATS Waypoint’s service offerings and customize a Service Support Program (Support Agreement) to meet the needs and the budget of the customer Sell owner-direct, negotiated projects System upgrades System Optimization Customer Training Energy Services Projects Skills and Abilities SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Excellent time management and organizational skills Exceptional communications and interactive skills Ability to work independently and unsupervised Position Type and Hours POSITION TYPE AND HOURS: Full-time, exempt Typical Monday – Friday working hours with flexibility as needed Local travel required, up to 30% of the time with occasional out-of-state travel Credentials and Experience CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE: AA Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Building Mechanical systems experience Professional business to business sales experience Experience in the Building Controls industry Knowledge of DDC Control Theory & Applications and Mechanical systems Equal Employment Opportunity Statement ATS is an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to complying with all federal, state, and local laws providing equal employment opportunities.
