Snelling Staffing Services San Antonio is hiring Certified Surgical Technologists (CST / TS-C) for full-time, direct hire opportunities with multiple openings in New Braunfels, TX. This is an ASAP hire for skilled surgical professionals ready to support surgical teams in a fast-paced operating room environment.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS: $19$31/hr (base rate) Full-time | Direct Hire Schedules available: Days, Nights, and Rotating New Braunfels, TX Shift and weekend differentials available Call-back pay at time-and-a-half Standby pay available

CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST DUTIES: Prepare operating rooms with sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies Scrub and assist surgeons during surgical procedures Maintain a sterile field throughout procedures Anticipate the needs of the surgical team in a fast-paced environment Assist with patient positioning, draping, and transfer Ensure proper handling and documentation of surgical instruments and supplies Follow all safety, infection control, and quality standards

CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST REQUIREMENTS: Certification required through one of the following: CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) NBSTSA TS-C (Technician in SurgeryCertified) NCCT Previous operating room or surgical experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Must pass a background check and drug screen Must be authorized to work in the United States
