Cash guest’s personal checks, electronic checks, credit card advances and markers. Payouts for guest’s prizes verifying all appropriate identification. pay. Reimburse jackpots for Slots. Make change for Food & Beverage staff any other Team members transactions as deemed appropriate by Casino Management. Follows the company’s Trop Core Values at all times.

Responsibilities
- Accurately redeems guest’s gaming tickets.
- Redeems guest’s slots payout tickets.
- Cash guest’s personal checks, electronic checks, credit card advances and markers.
- Payouts for guest’s prizes verifying all appropriate identification.
- Pay/reimburse jackpots for Slots.
- Make change for Food & Beverage staff any other Team members transactions as deemed appropriate by Casino Management.
- Follows the company’s Trop Core Values at all times.
- Knowledge of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act for large cash transactions and recording/reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of MS Gaming regulations as well as internal controls, policies and procedures.
- Must be available for regular scheduled work and flexible schedules when needed for department coverage, training and meetings.
- Performs any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Proficient in English verbal and written
- Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
- Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
