Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)

A rewarding opportunity for a Cath Lab Registered Nurse is available to perform minimally invasive cardiac procedures within a comprehensive cardiovascular program, including electrophysiology services. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including potential weekend and holiday on-call responsibilities.

Schedule

• 5x8 and 4x10 shifts available
• Shift times vary between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Rotating weekday, weekend, and holiday on-call (Approximately 10-14 days per month)

Responsibilities

• Serve in various cardiovascular departments including Electrophysiology, Cath Lab, and Cath Holding.
• Assist and perform cardiac procedures using minimally invasive techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience.
• Experience in Critical Care (ICU), Cardiac Care (CC), or Emergency Department (ED) is required.
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical record system is mandatory.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Active Virginia RN license or Compact RN license is required at the time of application.
• Candidates with any license or background issues will not be considered.
• Local RN candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position.
