Work Environment

This position offers a remote work setting, combining flexibility with professional growth within a supportive outpatient framework. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and therapists, sharing resources and insights to optimize client outcomes. Our office location in Chandler provides additional support and facilitates community engagement, but your primary work will occur in a secure, home-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of clients by establishing meaningful relationships and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions to assess progress, address concerns, and discuss discharge planning when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and actively monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals and needs.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities provided by the organization to enhance counseling skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse client population includes children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will work collaboratively with clients and their families to create an inclusive and safe space for healing, fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.
  • At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
  • Proficient in using digital tools, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and email applications.
  • Demonstrable experience providing direct therapeutic services to individuals and families.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with a variety of mental health issues in a community outpatient setting.
  • Familiarity with different therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and family systems theory.
  • Skills in managing crisis situations and developing safety plans for at-risk clients.

Compensation and Benefits
