Field Operations Representative — Touch of Gold (Midas)

Touch of Gold, a Midas franchise operation, is hiring a Field Operations Representative to work hands-on with our store teams — not just report on them.

You'll travel daily to stores across the district (trips up to 2 hours one way) to reconcile cash, work repair orders, straighten out cores and returns, correct brand and store-condition issues, and handle maintenance items — fixing what you can while you're there instead of just writing it down. You'll also serve as our emergency backup manager, stepping in to run a store on short notice if a Store Manager or Assistant Manager calls out sick or is on vacation.

What you'll do:

• Audit and reconcile cash, deposits, and drawer counts
• Track down repair orders and vehicles that don't match up, and help close them out
• Keep cores, returns, and parts inventory clean and accounted for
• Monitor catalytic converter control and chase down anything missing
• Check uniform, brand, and store-condition standards — and fix what you can onsite
• Review vendor spend and inventory counts for accuracy
• Step in as acting store manager when needed to keep a location running

What we're looking for:

• Experience in automotive service, tire/auto retail, or multi-unit field operations
• Comfortable with hands-on shop and counter work, not just clipboard audits
• Sharp with numbers — cash handling, reconciliation, spotting discrepancies
• Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel daily, including trips up to 2 hours one way
• Valid driver's license
• Flexible availability to cover a store on short notice
