Business Development Representative

Business Representative Role: Drive strategic growth by identifying leads, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships within the behavioral health and addiction treatment communities. Collaborate with community providers, promote services like in-clinic pharmacies and medication management, and act as a liaison during contracting and implementation. Responsibilities Proactively engage with current and potential customers to foster relationships. Identify new business opportunities, focusing on mental health and substance use treatment facilities, residential/group homes, ACT/FACT teams, hospital discharge planning, and CMC sites. Attend conferences to sustain relationships, generate leads, and explore new prospects. Represent the company in negotiations and service implementation processes. Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of sales experience or pharmacy background. Strong relationship-building and presentation skills. Proficiency with computers and MS Office applications. Willingness to travel up to 75%, including some overnight stays. Residency within the designated territory and valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Compensation & Benefits: Salary ranges from $50,000 to $115,000 annually, with potential bonuses based on sales performance.
