Title: Data Analyst Reports to: Head of Business Intelligence, Finance and Accounting Location: Atlanta, GA. (Hybrid: Monday, Wednesday, Friday in-office); Open to considering Austin, TX or Denver, CO. About the Role CharterUP is seeking an early career Data Analyst to join our Finance BI team, someone eager to tackle data challenges and assist in meeting the reporting and analytics needs of teams throughout the organization. This role’s deliverables will have a high impact, with visibility to leadership. Responsibilities * Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., databases, APIs, spreadsheets) for both one-off data requests and recurring reports. * Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will guide business strategy and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven projects and
- 1+ years industry experience as Data Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or equivalent
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or
- Experience with data manipulation, cleaning, and transformation techniques.
