Production Planner

Location: Tucson, AZ, United States Work Arrangement – Onsite Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM What you’ll do Oversee inspection of incoming and in‑house manufactured parts using precision measurement tools. Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) including investigation, corrective actions, and rework to maintain compliance with quality and safety standards. Maintain accurate SAP data including parts, BOMs, and routings; review quality records such as ITPs and conformance documents. Participate in weekly production meetings to support production readiness. Work closely with Engineering, Production, and administrative teams to provide quality and technical input. Frequent travel to customer sites to support quality assurance and planning activities. Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors in support of our safety culture. What you’ll bring Minimum 4 years of experience in QA/QC within an industrial environment. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office with strong documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and drawings. Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain MSHA certification. Nice‑to‑haves ISO 9001 certification and knowledge of quality systems such as Six Sigma and Lean. Experience in the steel fabrication industry and familiarity with ANSI flange specifications. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
