JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the maintenance of commercial landscapes. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Experience Commercial landscape experience required. License or Certification Valid Driver’s License issued from state of employment required. Possible duties include, but are not limited to mowing, raking, weeding, shearing, edging, and hand pruning Safe operation of equipment, including: 21 and 36 mowers; power hedge shears; power shears; backpack blower; aerator Basic understanding of Plant ID Basic hand pruning skills Basic skill in shearing shrubs and hedges Operate all vehicles and equipment in accordance’s with Monarch Safety Policy Abide by Monarch code of conduct at all times Shows up to work each day on time; completes all tasks within time expectations; adheres to company dress code policy; wears clean clothes to work each day; follows inclement weather policy and sick leave reporting procedures All other duties as assigned.
