At Pacific Facility Solutions , we are seeking an enthusiastic full-time Parking Lot Line Striper - Seal Coat Applicator to join our dedicated team repairing, sealing and re-striping parking lots. YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a Parking Lot Line Striper - Seal Coat Applicator, you take pride in leading a team to ensure every project is executed with precision and efficiency. Your day includes preparing work areas by shoveling, raking, and sweeping, overseeing set-up and clean-up tasks, and directing traffic to maintain a safe work environment. You monitor supply temperatures, provide labor support, and ensure that equipment and vehicles are properly maintained. You're a self-starter who works independently but also communicates effectively with your team.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• MUST have minimum 1+ years of experience in asphalt maintenance
• Great communication skills
• Experienced with the means and methods necessary to execute the project
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledgeable in precast wheel stop installation, crack seal, paint striping, and other pavement markings
• Willingness to work outdoors and in all types of weather
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform other pavement-related services
• Ability to apply sealer by broom and spray application
• Ability to use gas power tools and power tools
• Ability to work 6 days per week with weekends and overtime, when needed
• Ability to understand and speak in both English and Spanish is preferred
