Why You’ll Love This Job: Consistent Schedule: Work 5 days a week with 2 days off. No Touch Freight: Focus on driving; loading and unloading are handled by others. Shift Hours: 2:00 AM to 2:00 or 3:00 PM (8–12‑hour shifts). Weekly Hours: 40–45 hours per week, with availability 7 days a week. Job Type: Contract Location: On‑site in Phoenix or Peoria, Arizona Your Role: Safely operate a 30‑foot box truck with a reefer, delivering goods on time and in perfect condition. Be the face of Gatik to our clients—show professionalism and a positive attitude. Ensure the safety and integrity of goods throughout the entire delivery process. Perform routine vehicle inspections (checking fluid levels, tire pressure, etc.). Stay in communication with the dispatch team for updates on your route and schedule. We’re Looking for Someone Who: Holds a valid CDL and has 3+ years of driving experience (non‑CDL candidates also welcome). Has a clean driving record, passes a background check and drug screen. Is comfortable driving box trucks (26‑30 feet), with or without a reefer. Takes initiative, is proactive, and pays attention to detail and safety. Communicates effectively and works well independently or as part of a team. Is computer literate and flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekdays, and weekends. Note: A drug test and criminal background check are required as part of the hiring process.
