PE Licensed Associate Director

Leading strategic substation initiatives, the full-time PE Licensed Associate Director will focus on client growth, project execution, and team leadership while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee engineering activities during proposal, design, quality control, and construction stages of substation projects Provide leadership and coaching to technical teams, ensuring alignment with client needs and project execution Manage strategic opportunities for Key Clients, including proposal development and relationship building Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution 15+ years of experience in the engineering field with prior management and technical substation experience PE registration is required Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to develop trusted relationships with Key Clients Experience in supporting strategic pursuits and managing multiple projects effectively
