Inventory Analyst

We are the proven leader in the fan and ventilation market, providing innovative and energy efficient solutions to our business partners and customers.The Inventory Analyst plays an important role for the organization as an internal consultant for all departments. The Inventory Analyst is responsible for identifying appropriate inventory levels and cost reduction opportunities. The Inventory Analyst also has the duty of timely and accurate financial reporting. This individual will be expected to provide detailed financial analysis for all aspects of inventory reporting (operationally & financially) at ZAUS.Your main responsibilities will be:Publish inventory reports by location & product typeConduct purchase price variance analysis (PCE reporting)Provide projections for future inventory values (cash flow/output/etc)Slow MoversRaw Material Price movementsCommunication of raw material markets & insight to preserve/improve local costing.Recalculation of production costs based upon inventory cost movement & projectionsMRP analysis/Future COM calculationPerform Annual/month-end closingAccount reconciliationsRoll-forwardInventory ValuationInventory DevaluationInventory estimatesAudit supportMaintain Master File data within inventory within ProAlphaValue flow groupsPart pricing updates (xfer pricing & supplier quotes)EtcOversee cycle counts & full physical inventory countsPO approval(s) when requiredSupplier OTD analysis in collaboration with DISPO"Localization ROI"– Are local suppliers achieving ROI targetsActive involvement in Localization steering committeeStorage Area ManagementFind innovative ways to analyze inventory & the impact inventory has on the organizationAd-HocAssist with production analysis & outputAssist with margin analysis (BOM costing)Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data AnalyticsExperience performing financial analysis in the manufacturing sectorAbility to extract and load large datasets for analysisExperience working with ERP systems (proALPHA or SAP preferred)Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at the same time.Fluent in English requiredStrong documentation and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWe offer:Tuition Reimbursement Program- We encourage team members to continue their education to support their current or future work.We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental and Vision options.Company-paid Life insurance, Short and Long-Term Disability insurance, and Parental leave.401(k) retirement account with a generous company matchPhenomenal work life balance offering twenty (20) days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per calendar year.Holidays totaling eleven days (11) per calendar year including a floating holiday of employee's choice.Career advancement and training opportunitiesWe welcome candidates from all backgrounds and are dedicated to providing an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported.EEO compliant employer
