Workday Integrations Senior Consultant

Senior Associate – Workday Integration Senior Associates play an integral client‑facing project or work‑stream leadership role. Activities vary based on project size/scope and skill‑sets. The Senior Associate focuses on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data‑analysis, identifying key insights ("so‑what") and creating compelling client‑ready presentations, while also developing analysts and coachees. Develop analysts and coachees. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum 2–5 years of hands‑on Workday Integration development experience. Experience with at least two of the following technologies: Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio/Orchestrate, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect. Experience contributing to the delivery of multiple Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations, supporting at least two project phases. Strong understanding of integration design principles and data flows between Workday and external systems. Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Preferred Skills & Experience Workday Integration and/or Studio certification. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to produce clear technical documentation, including design and configuration details. Experience supporting testing activities, troubleshooting integration issues, and implementing enhancements. Ability to balance work across multiple projects of varying size and complexity. Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Familiarity with development and productivity tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, or similar tools. Interest in mentoring junior team members and contributing to team knowledge sharing. Compensation and Benefits The estimated base salary range for this job is $120,000 - $145,000. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $138,000 - $166,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
