What You'll Do:

• Manage vendor accounts – oversee a large volume of vendor accounts, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in line with company policies.
• Resolve discrepancies – investigate and reconcile invoice or pricing issues, working closely with stores, warehouses, and internal departments.
• Support payment processes – monitor payment cycles and compliance; handle supplier and credit balances.
• Build relationships – serve as a point of contact for vendors and internal teams, ensuring professional and timely communication.
• Collaborate cross-functionally – work with internal staff deductions.

What You Bring:

• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively under deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems preferred (Oracle a plus).
