Accounts Payable Coordinator

What You'll Do:
- Manage vendor accounts – oversee a large volume of vendor accounts, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in line with company policies.
- Resolve discrepancies – investigate and reconcile invoice or pricing issues, working closely with stores, warehouses, and internal departments.
- Support payment processes – monitor payment cycles and compliance; handle supplier and credit balances.
- Build relationships – serve as a point of contact for vendors and internal teams, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – work with internal staff deductions.
What You Bring:
- Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage time effectively under deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP systems preferred (Oracle a plus).
