Floor Technician
LMG is seeking a Floor Technician to support warehouse operations and ensure audiovisual equipment is accurately received, organized, loaded, unloaded, and prepared to support conventions, corporate meetings, touring productions, broadcasts, and live events. This role is responsible for supporting warehouse workflows, equipment movement, inventory accuracy, and operational readiness to help power successful productions.

As a Floor Technician, you will support warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, moving, and preparing equipment to ensure productions are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
Equipment Handling & Movement Assist with loading, unloading, receiving, staging, and moving equipment throughout warehouse operations while ensuring safe handling procedures
Show Preparation Support Review pull lists, manifests, schedules, and operational documents to help ensure equipment is organized and prepared for productions
Equipment Returns & Organization Return equipment to proper warehouse locations while maintaining organization, cleanliness, and accurate inventory practices
Inventory Accuracy & Tracking Assist with scanning, checking equipment in and out, and supporting inventory accuracy within warehouse systems
Truck Loading & Receiving Support shipment preparation, freight loading, unloading, and equipment verification to maintain operational efficiency
Warehouse Operations Support Assist with daily warehouse workflows, equipment staging, and operational priorities to support production deadlines
Cross-Team Collaboration Partner with warehouse, logistics, QC, and technical teams to support equipment readiness and successful event execution
Safety & Operational Standards Maintain safe work practices and support a clean, organized warehouse environment while following company procedures
Experience with warehouse operations, AV equipment, logistics, or inventory support preferred, but willingness to learn is welcomed. Ability to lift, move, stage, and organize equipment in a fast-paced physical environment. Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Comfortable working around warehouse equipment and production schedules. Strong communication, dependability, and time management skills. Interest in live events, technology, or production operations is a plus.
