Data Center Engineer

Job Summary: The Data Solutions Engineer II is responsible for designing and implementing intermediate data solutions that support business intelligence and analytics. This role bridges the gap between data analysis and advanced engineering by exposing data through enterprise platforms and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable data solutions. Collaborate to implement data models and schemas to support data needs of the business. Expose data through enterprise data platforms for end-user consumption. Collaborate with business and internal teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Collaborate with business, data, and architecture teams to capture, document, and analyze requirements for advanced data solutions. Develop and maintain data pipelines and integration processes. Ensure data solutions are documented, tested, and aligned with business needs. Support data quality and governance initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in collaboration with other teams. Demonstrate the established "TRUCKS" cultural principles of transparency, responsiveness and resiliency, understanding, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and simplicity throughout the organization. Regular attendance is required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, data engineering, or related field required. 3 or more years of previous experience in data engineering or business intelligence roles required. 6 or more years preferred. Demonstrated experience designing and implementing data models and integration pipelines required. Proficiency in data exposure and virtualization platforms required. Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases required. Experience collaborating in team-oriented, cross-functional environments required. Must have exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
