Role: Business/DATA Analyst – Process Associate/Sr Process Associate (Aerospace) Locations: West Chester OH, Evendale, OH, Cincinnati OH (45241 and 45069) Term: Contract Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst – Process Associate/Sr Process Associate In this role, you will engage with cross functional teams to streamline operations, supporting implementation of industrialization projects by identifying and addressing key challenges. You will leverage your strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to gain a deep understanding of the current operational landscape and business model, conduct process deep dives to understand the technology landscape, key metrics, data flow, tools, and pain points, and design detailed solutions with recommended next steps for implementation and change management. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or finance from an accredited institution. Relevant experience in the Aerospace industry. Relevant experience in roles involving Smartsheet, insights and recommendations. Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to be self‑directed and work independently to meet and exceed goals. Preferred Qualifications/Skills Good hands‑on industry experience with Excel, Spotfire, and Tableau. Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and data modelling. Demonstrated capability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, open to challenges, and eager to learn.
