Job Description Job Description CREAT YOUR OWN FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE We are currently hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers for several locations in the northern and western suburbs, who are compassionate and looking to make a difference in the lives of our Senior population . We are dedicated to helping our clients improve their emotional, cognitive, and daily functioning. * Conduct initial assessments based on psychological, emotional, and social well-being. * Conduct psychotherapy sessions weekly. * Provide ongoing communication with our team, clients, families, and healthcare professionals. * Maintain progress notes and other pertinent documentation. * Develop treatment plans by addressing client concerns & setting goals to establish a course of action. Requirements include: * Master's Degree in Social Work * Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois We provide ongoing training and support. We work primarily with senior living communities and work with each clinician to find a location that is most convenient for you. We pay bi-weekly and you choose how much you want to work. Hours to see clients are between 9am - 6pm, and you chose what works best for your schedule. Following 90 days of employment, we offer company-paid Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) training with CEU's provided.
