Pay & Bonus

• Earn $30.00–$32.00 per hour
• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus*
• Paid Training Program – Get paid while you earn your School Bus License and Endorsements

*Offer valid for applications received between  May 11, 2026, and October 15, 2026 . Sign-on bonus available for fully credentialed drivers or drivers who become fully credentialed by October 31, 2026 .

No Experience? No Problem!

We provide paid training and support throughout the licensing process. Our experienced trainers will guide you every step of the way to help you become a professional school bus driver.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving experience
• Clean driving record within the past 24–36 months
• Ability and willingness to obtain a CDL
• Ability to successfully complete our comprehensive training program
• Must pass pre-employment background checks and required screenings
