Duties

Help determine causes of defects and malfunctions on assigned refrigeration and air conditioning systems and equipment.

Determine repairs needed and repairs, adjusts, and replaces parts.

Troubleshoot, repair, and install a variety of large commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning units.

Perform related electrical, sheet metal, and carpentry installation and fabrication tasks, and/or small motor repair.

Examine and conduct preventive maintenance of systems and components.
