Job Summary

We are seeking a Principal DevOps, SRE & Application Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, automation, and reliability of cloud-native infrastructure and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kubernetes, GitOps, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), observability, database operations, and production support. Prior Apple experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker environments using Helm and ArgoCD
• Build and maintain GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure deployments
• Develop automation solutions using Python and Shell scripting
• Define and manage SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets to ensure platform reliability
• Build enterprise observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk
• Lead P0/P1 incident response, root cause analysis, and production troubleshooting
• Design and manage high-availability database platforms including Oracle, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Couchbase, Redis, and CockroachDB
• Implement Oracle GoldenGate replication, disaster recovery, failover strategies, and database lifecycle management
• Troubleshoot Java applications, REST/gRPC services, caching layers, and messaging systems
• Manage networking components including Ingress, Load Balancers, SSL certificates, and secure communication
• Collaborate with Security, Network, Platform, and Application teams to improve infrastructure reliability and operational excellence
• Develop operational documentation, runbooks, and architecture best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Apple experience
• Experience with AliCloud or multi-cloud environments
• Experience implementing GitOps at enterprise scale
• Strong background in cloud-native architecture and distributed systems
• Knowledge of security operations, IAM governance, and automated credential management
