Job Details Job Location: Sacramento Truck Center - SACRAMENTO, CA 95838 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $19.00 - $20.00 Hourly Job Category: Admin - Clerical We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, answer phones, and assist with cash handling and payment processing. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Day in the Life Greet and assist customers, clients, and visitors in a professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Receive and process cash, credit card, and other payments accurately Balance cash drawer and maintain payment records Issue receipts and maintain transaction logs Perform data entry, filing, and general office duties Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist Controller and team members with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications High school degree and/or 2-year degree from an accredited institution 3+ years of experience performing similar job functions.
